Now available – Health Coaching – with or without Nutritional Therapy
After many years working with nutrition clients to build heathy habits, and break unhealthy ones, including for example reducing sugar, alcohol, and eating more vegetables, losing weight, etc I decided it was time to brush up my coaching skills, and get an official Health Coaching qualification. Following several weeks of classes with other health professionals, and a lot of coaching practice with some very generous volunteers, I am pleased to say that I am now a Zest Certified Health Coach.
I’m delighted to be able to offer health coaching either a) alongside nutritional therapy, or b) as a standalone offering, for those people who want to focus purely on improving their adherence to a particular health strategy. Change can be hard, and sustaining change be even harder. Ask anyone who sees their health declining and knows they need to change their approach. It’s tough doing it on your own! Having me as a health coach gives you the edge in terms of encouragement, ideas, experience and accountability.
