‘I learned facts on the Better Bones webinar that I was unaware of despite having Osteoporosis for over 30 years. The quantities of certain foods necessary for healthy bones was eye opening.’
‘It seems biology A-Level did not do the subject anywhere near justice. I’ve introduced green leafy veg to our quick teas and who knew I’d actually enjoy doing star jumps! Good information, great pace and easy-to-grasp presentation, I think this could make a lasting difference to my health’. (‘Better Bones’ webinar).
